is also presented in Section 5.2.
Figure 5.1 is an exploded view of the Model 9016 and 9022. Please refer to these drawings for an
understanding of the construction of Intelligent Pressure Scanners models. Figures 5.1a, 5.1b, and
5.1c depict the 9016, 9021 and 9022 top plates.
