The following table describes the LED indicators on the front panel of the AES-100.

Table 2-1 Front Panel Ports
The LAN port is a 10 Mbps Ethernet port for connection to a router.
The Console port is an RS-232 port for configuring the AES-100.
The User port is for connection to the user (subscriber) ADSL equipment.
The CO port is for connection to the central office or a PBX.
Table 2-2 Front Panel Indicators
The SYS LED indicates the operational status of the AES-100. It is steadily on when
power is applied and the AES-100 is functioning normally.
The LINK LED is steadily on when the LAN port link is up.
The ACT LED indicates the activities of the LAN port. It blinks when the LAN port is
transmitting data.
The ADSL LEDs indicate the status of the corresponding ADSL ports. An ADSL LED
is steadily on when the link is up.
