Check transmitter probe cable
connections for a possible short at

Check transmitter operation offline
with a different probe to determine
if the fault is caused by the probe
or transmitter.
User calibration has been cleared
and reset to the factory values.
Proceed with user calibration if
utilizing probe cables >12 ft and if
the anticipated corrosion rate is
>200 mpy.
