7.3 Installation
7.3.1 Mounting procedure
Base stations are normally mounted on a wall after the location is determined during
the coverage test.
To mount a base station, proceed as follows (see fig. 7.5):
1. Mark the drill spots on the wall.
2. Drill two holes of 6 mm.
3. Mount the supplied plugs.
4. Pull the unshielded twisted pair cable (max. length: 2 km) through the orifice
the wall holder
of the RJ11 plug and (dis)mounting of the base station.
5. Mount the wall holder using the screws
