Connect with vacuum pump
Run the pump (2 hrs or more)
When get the vacuum level
-0.1MPa, keep the pump
running for 20-60 mins
Shut down the
vacuum pump
Place in vacuum state (for 1 hour or more)
CAUTION
Mixed use of different refrigerants or tools and measurement
instruments that are in direct contact with the refrigerants is not
allowed.
Do not use refrigerant gas for creating a vacuum.
If the vacuum level cannot reach -0.1M Pa, check if there's a leak.
If not, run the vacuum pump again for 1-2 hrs.

5.11 Refrigerant amount to be added

Calculate the refrigerant to be added based on the diameter
and length of the liquid-side pipe for the outdoor/indoor unit

5.12 Key installation points for connective
pipes between outdoor units
1)
Connect the pipes between outdoor units horizontally
(Fig.5-7 and Fig.5-8). Avoid a concave shape at the junction
site (see Fig.5-9).
2)
No pipes connecting the outdoor units can exceed the height
of the pipe outlets (see Fig.5-10).
1. Close the valve in the
vacuum meter.
2. Cut the connection
between the pressure
meter and vacuum pump.
3. Close the vacuum
pump.
