B.1 ALC662 Digital Microphone Configuration
To enable the ALC662 digital microphone function, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Make sure the Realtek ALC662 high definition audio driver has been installed on the
system.
Step 2: To launch the Realtek ALC662 HD Audio Manager, double click either:

The Realtek HD Audio Manager icon in the Notification Area of the system task bar
(Figure B‐1), or

The Realtek HD Audio Manager icon in the Control Panel.

Step 3: The Realtek HD Audio Manager appears (Figure B‐2).

Step 4: Click the Mixer tab.
Step 5: Select Mic Volume in the Record section (Figure B‐3). The digital microphone
function is now enabled.
