Method 1: Connecting to a terminal block (recommended)

Remove an appropriate length of the jacket and core wire insulation layer from the
communications cable using a wire stripper, as shown in
Figure 5-29 Stripping an RS485 communications cable
b.
Remove the locking caps from the COM1 and COM2 waterproof cable connectors
at the inverter bottom and remove the plugs from the locking caps.
