•​ ​ U se​ ​ o f​ ​ f orce​ ​ ( eg​ ​ i mpact,​ ​ f all)

•​ ​ D efects​ ​ d ue​ ​ t o​ ​ n ormal​ ​ w ear​ ​ a nd​ ​ t ear,​ ​ u nless​ ​ M agnum​ ​ B ikes​ ​ v oluntarily​ ​ p rovides​ ​ g oodwill​ ​ s ervice​ ​ w ithin​ ​ t he​ ​ f irst​ ​ y ear.
Removal​ ​ o r​ ​ a lteration​ ​ o f​ ​ t he​ ​ f rame​ ​ n umber,​ ​ s erial​ ​ n umber​ ​ o r​ ​ a ny​ ​ s afety​ ​ l abel​ ​ a ttached​ ​ t o​ ​ t he​ ​ p roduct,​ ​ w ill​ ​ v oid​ ​ t he
warranty.
