2. Tighten​ ​ a nd​ ​ c lose​ ​ t he​ ​ a xle​ ​ n ut​ ​ ( 2)​ ​ a nd​ ​ t he​ ​ q uick-release​ ​ l ever​ ​ ( 1).
3. The​ ​ l ever​ ​ s hould​ ​ p oint​ ​ u pwards​ ​ a nd​ ​ b e​ ​ c losed​ ​ w ith​ ​ c onsiderable​ ​ p ressure.
