    Seating​ ​ P osition To ensure comfortable, fatigue-free and safe riding, the saddle and handlebar height should be adjusted to the riders body size. The saddle height is correct when the foot is resting on the pedal at the lowest position while the leg is not fully extended. The tips of the toes should be able touch the ground.
