Selecting the Time Programs

Rooms are too cold
Cause
The heating system is switched OFF,
ON indicator "8" (green) OFF
Control unit or remote control incorrectly
adjusted
Only when operating with DHW tank:
DHW priority (wp is displayed)
No fuel
Faults at the Vitotronic 100:
Fault symbol "U" is displayed and the red fault
indicator flashes (see page 38)
Fault at the Vitotronic 300-K, MW2S:
"Fault" is displayed and the red fault indicator
flashes (see page 38)
Burner fault:
E " is displayed by the corresponding Vitotronic E E
"E
100, and the red fault indicator of the control unit
flashes
Remote control fault
Low water
Faulty ventilation air or flue gas system
Mixing valve motor faulty
Remedy
Switch system ON / OFF switch "8" ON (see page 15)
Switch ON the main power supply to all boilers and Vitotronic 300-K,
MW2S, if installed (outside the boiler room)
Check the fuse in the Vitotronic 300-K, MW2S (F1)
Check and correct settings, if required:
Room temperature "Htg. + DHW" must be selected on all
Vitotronic 100
The heating circuit must be switched ON
Room temperature (see page 19)
Time (see page 29)
Characteristics of the heating circuits at the Vitotronic 300-K, MW2S
(see page 31)
Wait until the DHW tank has been heated up (p disappears from the
display)
With LPG:
Check the fuel stock and re-order, if required
With natural gas:
Open the gas shut-off valve or check with your gas supply utility, if
required
Check the type of fault and notify your local heating contractor

Press burner fault reset "E E " - if that attempt to start also fails, E E
