Maintenance and Service

When properly maintained, your fireplace will give you
many years of trouble-free service. Contact your dealer to
answer question regarding proper operation, troubleshoot-
ing and service for your appliance. Visit www.quadrafire.
com to find a dealer. We recommend annual service by a
qualified service technician.
This pellet insert has a manufacturer-set minimum low burn
rate that must not be altered. It is against federal regulations
to alter this setting or otherwise operate this pellet insert in a
manner inconsistent with operating instructions in this manual.
