Remove the access panel

Remove the air baffle

Remove any existing expansion boards which block access to the rear system fan connector.

Remove the system fan:

Disconnect the fan power cable.

c.
To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.

unless all bays are populated with either a component or a blank.
