Receiving a call

Receiving a call
When a call arrives, the phone rings and the call indicator (left-hand indicator) flashes.
When the caller is stored in one of the common directories (internal or external), the display
shows the associated name.
Notes:
• By default, the number (or type of line) is displayed on screen.
• If the call has been forwarded, the coordinates of the terminal which was initially called
are displayed.

Adjusting the ring volume

To adjust the ringer volume level during the ringing phase:
The phone stores the last setting.

Answering the call

* Depending on the programming performed by the system operator

Volume down:
• Press the – key.
Volume up:
• Press the + key.

• Pick up the handset.
Note:
• An external call that is not answered within a given time is
transferred to the attendant. If call forwarding on no answer has
been programmed on the phone, this option has priority over the
transfer to the attendant.
