Switching between two parties

To successively switch between parties:
Broker

Answering a second external call

You hear a beep while you are having a conversation with a contact if an external party is
trying to call you. You can answer this second call without cutting off the ongoing call.
Waiting
Broker

Releasing one of the parties

To release one of the parties (the one with whom you are talking):
Recover
* Depending on the programming performed by the system operator
• Press the
Broker
You talk alternately with each party, but they cannot communicate
with one another.
-> The display shows the number or name of the two contacts:
- The name of the contact with whom you are talking over the
phone is shown to the left of the line.
- The name of the contact put on hold is shown to the right of the
line (use the horizontal scroll key if required).
Waiting
• Press the
-> The other party is put on hold.
-> You are now talking to the external contact.
You communicate alternately with each of the two contacts by
Broker
using the
Fox key. However, the two contacts cannot
communicate with each other.
Recover
• Press the
You recover the party who was on hold.
