Traffic​ ​ s afety
An e-bike must be equipped with two mutually independent, functional brakes, a clearly audible bell, headlights, tail lamps, reflective pedals,
reflectors​ ​ o n​ ​ w heels​ ​ a s​ ​ w ell​ ​ a s​ ​ f ront​ ​ a nd​ ​ r ear​ ​ r eflectors.
The​ ​ e -bike​ ​ i s​ ​ o nly​ ​ s uitable​ ​ f or​ ​ r ides​ ​ o n​ ​ f ixed​ ​ r oads​ ​ a nd​ ​ p aths.​ ​ D o​ ​ n ot​ ​ u se​ ​ t he​ ​ e -bike​ ​ f or​ ​ w ater​ ​ c rossings​ ​ o r​ ​ f or​ ​ t errain​ ​ j umps.

Riding​ ​ s afety
For​ ​ r iding​ ​ s afety,​ ​ v erify​ ​ t he​ ​ c orrect​ ​ a djustment​ ​ o f​ ​ s eat​ ​ a nd​ ​ h andlebar​ ​ h eight​ ​ a ccording​ ​ t o​ ​ t he​ ​ b ody​ ​ s ize,​ ​ t he​ ​ p rescribed​ ​ t ire​ ​ p ressure,​ ​ s till​ ​ s ufficient​ ​ t ire
profile​ ​ a nd​ ​ p erfect​ ​ f unction​ ​ o f​ ​ t he​ ​ b rakes​ ​ a nd​ ​ t he​ ​ l ighting.
After​ ​ a ​ ​ w hile​ ​ i t​ ​ i s​ ​ n ecessary​ ​ t o​ ​ c heck​ ​ a xle​ ​ n uts,​ ​ h eadset​ ​ b earings,​ ​ h andlebars,​ ​ s addle,​ ​ s eatpost,​ ​ p edal​ ​ c ranks​ ​ a nd​ ​ p edals​ ​ t o​ ​ e nsure​ ​ t hey​ ​ a re
sufficiently​ ​ t ight,​ ​ i f​ ​ n ecessary,​ ​ b y​ ​ t he​ ​ d ealer.
