(2) Process of fusing (Refer to Fig.3-27.)
1)
The toner image that has been transferred onto the paper is simply adhered on the paper but
not fused yet.
2)
Transported paper passes between the heater roller and back-up roller.
3)
Each roller is heated up to approx. 150°C, and received approx.200N from the opposite
heat roller.
4)
When the paper carrying the toner images passes between the tow heat rollers, the toner
images are melted and fused on the transported paper.
5)
The paper carrying the fused image is separated from the heat rollers, and ejected from the
machine.
