(10) Release the two hooks "D" to remove the LCD cover and LCD holder backlight module
from the panel unit.

(11) Release the two hooks "E" to remove the LCD from the LCD holder backlight module.
NOTE: When re-assembling the LCD, assemble the LCD holder back light module onto the
panel unit first, put the hooks on the LCD cover into the panel unit, and put the
hook "E" into the panel unit.
