Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)

The VIN is used as a unique identifier which is sent at first power-up with heartbeat messages
and with events.
Vehicle manufacturers are responsible for defining the list of data returned,
therefore not all vehicles support returning the Vehicle Identification Number.
