PLC Settings

The PLC's IP address must be the same as that specified in EasyBuilder's "IP Address"
setting.

The following table lists the PLC's register memory ranges that the Maple HMIs are able to
access. Please note that your PLC's memory range may be smaller or larger than that
supported by these HMIs.

PLC Register Description
Input Bit Status as an 8-bit
word. Each set of bits must
be separated by 8. For
example, use Address 1 to
show the status of bits 1-8;
use Address 9 to show the
status of bits 9-17, etc.
Output Bit Status as an 8-bit
word. Each set of bits must
be separated by 8. For
example, use Address 1 to
show the status of bits 1-8;
use Address 9 to show the
status of bits 9-17, etc.
Discrete Internal Coil Status
as an 8-bit word. Each set
of coils must be separated
by 8. For example, use
Address 1 to show the status
of coils 1-8; use Address 9
to show the status of coils 9-
17, etc.
Genius Global Bit Status as
an 8-bit word. Each set of
bits must be separated by 8.
For example, use Address 1
to show the status of bits 1-
8; use Address 9 to show the
status of bits 9-17, etc.
