starting it again as described.

Starting after running out of fuel
If the tank on vehicles with a diesel engine was empty, starting
after filling with diesel fuel can take longer than normal – up to
one minute. This is because the fuel system must first be freed of

air before starting.

When the engine has been subjected to a heavy engine load for a long
time, the engine must not be switched off abruptly. Let it idle for about 2
minutes to avoid overheating.
