• Check for wiring problems on the coil circuit and repair wiring.
• Check resistance on the contactor coil. If the value is less than
50 Ω, replace the contactor.
The contactor coil amperage was detected above 2.4 amps for more
than 5 seconds.
• Check for wiring problems on the coil circuit and repair wiring.
• Check resistance on the solenoid coil. If the value is less than
45 Ω, replace the contactor.
The pump coil amperage was detected above 2.4 amps for more
than 5 seconds.
• Check for wiring problems on the motor circuit and repair wiring.
• If the actual current through the pump is high, replace the pump. It
is a solenoid driven diaphragm pump and a fluid blockage will not
increase amperage.
The Battery Charger did not properly repeat the charging profile
message back to the Main Machine Controller.
