Speed Dialing

Speed dialing allows you to enter an index number, press a button, or select a phone screen item to
place a call.

--1) Press MENU or OK button > "Function setting" > "voip
call forwarding";
--2)select "no answer transfer", select enable.
--3) input number which you want to transfer, when have a
call in but you don‟t have time to answer ,it will transfer.
--1) Press MENU or OK button > "Function setting" > "Hot line ， You
can configure twelve speed dial numbers on the 620 Series IP Phone;
--3) Press OK button to set and modify:
-Mode:
-Hot Line: Dial quickly.
-Warn Line: It will auto dial after 5 sec.
Press OK to save the changes
