Specifying Camera Mode, Focus Mode, and Image Stabilizer

Camera Mode

The camera mode (Automatic vs. Manual) determines whether iris, master black, and
camera settings for the selected camera are controlled by the camera or by the operator:

Select the Manual button under Mode (Figure 31) to specify the manual
mode, or select the Auto button under Mode to specify the automatic mode.
The selected mode is highlighted and saved for that camera.

Description
Specifies that iris, master black, and camera settings (see page 52)
are automatically controlled by the camera. Controls for camera
settings are disabled (read-only) whenever the camera is selected.
Only the iris is automatically controlled when the AE iris
mode is selected for that camera (see page 51).
Specifies that iris, master black, and camera settings (see page 52)
are controlled by the operator. Controls for camera settings are
enabled whenever the camera is selected.
