An error occurs in the communication between the load-side encoder and the servo amplifier.
Cause
An axis not used is not Check the setting of
set as disabled-axis. the disabling control
axis switch (SW2-2,
SW2-3 and SW2-4).
The load-side encoder Check if the load-side
cable is malfunctioning. encoder cable is
connected correctly.
Check if the load-side
cable is malfunctioning. encoder cable is
