An error occurs in the communication between the load-side encoder and the servo amplifier.
Cause
Check if the load-side
cable is malfunctioning. encoder cable is
disconnected or
shorted.
When you use an A/B/Z- Check if the servo
phase differential output amplifier (MR-J4-
linear encoder, the _A(4)-RJ or MR-J4-
servo amplifier is not _B(4)-RJ) is
compatible with the compatible with the
linear encoder. A/B/Z-phase
