5.4 Using the Sampler for the First Time

5.4.1 Getting the Sampler into "Standby State"

5.4.1.1 Accessing Parameter Entry Mode

When turning the sampler on for the first time press the * key to enter
parameter entry mode and continue with Step 3 in
To access Parameter Entry mode, the sampler must be in a standby state.
That is, a program cannot be in progress or "running". The sampler is in a
standby state when the display indicates any one of the following:
