Unplug the two line cords from the SLT Adapter.
Fix the two screws provided with the SLT Adapter as shown in the diagram below leaving
3mm protruding from the wall.
Attach the SLTAD to the screws. '

Plug the two modular line cords back into the SLT Adapter which were removed in Step 1.
