5.5. Manual adjustment of the blowers The controller is in automatic blower operation mode. The AUTO symbol (7) is indicated. To decrease the blower speed press the key Blowers Minus (2). Press The AUTO symbol disappears. The Blower symbol (9) and the current speed in a bar diagram are displayed (here 40%).
If the ambient temperature is cold, the ECON mode should be activated to provide a comfortable climate in the vehicle and to save energy. . 5.7. Fresh and recirculating air operation In fresh air operation mode the air flap is open, a defined share of fresh air is supplied into the interior.
Dependent on the configuration of the controller, after a defined period of time the demisting mode is deactivated automatically. When the demisting mode is activated the blower speed is increased to 100%. The speed can be adjusted manually on demand. But to reach maximum demisting performance the blower speed should not be decreased.
