5. Attach the Drip Deflector box to the boiler using the flanged head nuts supplied. If a Manual
Control oven, reattach the thermal snap disc under the Drip Deflector. Tighten the Drip
Deflector to the boiler assuring the gasket creates a seal between the boiler and Drip Deflector.
6. Attach the silicone tubing supplied to the bottom side of the Drip Deflector. See Figure 4.
7. Route the tubing towards the back of the oven as shown in Figure 5.

8. Attach tubing to side using the cushion clamps provided.
9. Remove back panel piece that holds cooling fan. You may have to disconnect the deliming tube
connection and fan terminals.
10. Remove the black plug above the incoming power line on the exterior of oven. Replace with the
liquid tight connector provided in kit.
11. Lubricate the silicone tubing (with pipe) on the exterior. This will make it simpler to slide tubing
into liquid tight connector. Ensure that the silicone tubing is flush with end of connector. Once
installed tighten the connector.
12. Reattach back panel piece.
13. Reattach Left side body panel.
14. Connect power to oven.
