Connect the RCA cable of your turntable to the input pair of channel A or B of the
AUDIO 8 DJ, e.g. AUDIO 8 DJ (CH. A, In 1|2).

Put a record on your turntable and start playback of your turntable.
8.4 Using a CD player and a turntable side by side
Audio signals coming from a turntable differ from those sent by a CD player in that they
have a very low level. Additionally, their frequency response is distorted according to the
RIAA equalization curve. Because of this, phono signals need to be amplified, and their
frequency response has to be corrected (de-emphasized) during playback. Of the AUDIO
8 DJ's inputs, channels A and B can handle phono signals, while channels C and D only
offer line level compatibility. The input characteristics of channels A (In 1|2) and B (In 3|)
can be toggled from Phono to Line in the s
So if you plan to use a CD-Player and a Turntable side-by-side, you have to:
