INDOOR UNIT Error Method:
Coil 1 (2)* Expansion valve Error
Detective Actuators:
Indoor unit controller PCB
Forecast of Cause : 1. EEV1 coil lose connection
4. Controller PCB (DC 12V) output abnormal
5. Noise momentary open, voltage drop
Check Point 1 : Check the connection of EEV1 (2)* connector
Check If the connector CN10 (CN11)* is lose connection or not
OK
Check Point 2 : Check the EEV1 (2)* wire
Check if the wire of EEV1 (2)* has damege or not
(Slash, Braking of wire, Pinching, etc. )
OK
Check Point 3 : Check the EEV1 (2)* Coil
Check if the circuit of EEV coil winding is good or not
(Refer to the service parts Information 8 )
OK
Check Point 4 : Check the output of EEV1 (2)* on the Main PCB
Check if the DC 12 is on between the pin No.1 of CN10 (CN11)* and
GND : Pin No.6 of CNB01 (Pin No.7 of CNB01)*
(Disconnect the wire of EEV1 (2)* when you check the output of EEV1 (2)*)
OK
Check Point 5 : Noise, momentary open, voltage drop
Check if temporary voltage drop was not generated.
Check if momentary open was not generated.
Check if ground is connection correctly
or there are no related cables near the power line.
