Affi latura lama
Qualora il taglio non fosse
soddisfacente, affi lare la lama.
L'intervallo di tempo che intercorre
tra una affi latura e la successiva
dipende dall'intensità dell'uso
dell'affettatrice e dal tipo di merce
tagliata.
S o s t i t u i r e l a l a m a q u a n d o
il diametro diventa di 10 mm
inferiore al diametro nominale.
Per la sostituzione interpellare il
centro assistenza più vicino a voi.
ATTENZIONE
La sostituzione della lama é
una operazione pericolosa.
S e l ' a f f i l a t u r a n o n e '
soddisfacente sostituire,
entrambe le mole.

assistenza.

Blade sharpening
W h e n e v e r t h e c u t i s n o t
satisfactory, sharp the blade.
The time interval between a
sharpening and the following
depends on the intensity of use
of the slicer and on the kind of
food you cut.
Replace the blade when the
diameter becomes 0,4 inch less
than the nominal diameter.
For the replacement, ask the
assistant service closest to you.
WARNING
The replacement of the blade
is dangerous operation.

quality be not satisfectory,
replace the stones.
