Installazione
L' affettatrice deve essere collo-
cata su una superficie piana,
orizzontale, antiscivolo e stabile,
adatta a sostenere il peso della
macchina (Parte 6).
L' altezza consigliata del piano di
lavoro e' di circa 800 mm.
Verifi care che non ci siano im-
pedimenti alla corsa del piatto
portamerce e che sia facile
caricare la merce (Parte 6).
ATTENZIONE: Per prevenire i
rischi di schiacciamento, collocare
la macchina in modo che vi sia
spazio tra le strutture fi sse e le
parti in movimento.
Pulizia preliminare
La macchina deve essere pulita
dall'olio di protezione prima di
collegarla alla presa di corrente.
Seguire le indicazioni riportate
nella Parte 10.
ATTENZIONE
Il piano di lavoro deve essere
sempre pulito.
Allacciamento elettrico
L a m a c c h i n a d e v e e s s e r e
installata vicino ad una presa di
corrente.
Controllare che la tensione
corrisponda ai dati di targa e che
la presa sia corredata di messa
a terra.
1 Collegare la macchina alla
presa di corrente.
2 Controllare che l'impugnatura
tirante del disco coprilama sia
avvitata.
3 Controllare che il dispositivo
di affi latura sia ripiegato e che
la copertura di protezione sia
chiusa.

Part 7

Installation
The slicer must be mounted
horizontally on a stable, robust
and antiskid base adequate to
support its weight (Part 6).
The suggested height of the
working table is of about 32 inch.
It must be checked that the
product holder is not clamped
and the product to be cut can be
easily loaded (Part 6).
WARNING:To prevent the risk
of crushing hazard, locate the
machine in a manner that allows
a clear space between the
moving table and any permanent
structure.
Preliminary cleaning
Before connecting the plug clean
off the protective oil from the
machine.
Follow the instructions indicated
in Part 10.
WARNING
The working table must
always be cleaned.
Electrical supply
The machine must be installed in
the proximity of a mains socket.
Check that the power supply
voltage corresponds to that
described on the information
label and that it is connected to
an adequate earth.
1 Connect the plug
2 Check that the blade cover
fastener handle is tight screwed
3 Check that the blade shar-
pener is lowered and the
protective cover is closed.

6 Ruotare il regolatore spessore
fette sulla misura desiderata.

avviamento lama
8 Stringere l'impugnatura del
dispositivo ultima fetta.
Esercitare una leggera pres-
sione sulla merce in direzione
del piano spessimetro, spin-
gere il piatto portamerce verso
la lama sino a fine corsa,
ritornare verso l'operatore,
ripetere l'operazione più volte.
Terminata l'operazione di taglio,
portare il piatto portamerce verso
il lato operatore, premere il
pulsante di arresto lama, riportare
il regolatore spessore fette nella
posizione di zero, scaricare il
prodotto.
Affi latura
Quando il prodotto non viene
affettato regolarmente, ese-
guire l'operazione di affilatura
seguendo le modalità indicate
nella Parte 9

6 Rotate the slice thickness
control to the thickness desired.
7 Press pushbutton start blade.
8 Seize the handle of the last
slice device. With a light
pressure on the goods towards
the slice thickness plate push
the product holder to the blade
stroke end, then return to
the operator and repeat the
operation.
After cutting the product, re-
position the product holder
towards the operator.
By pressing pushbutton blade
s t o p , r e - p o s i t i o n t h e s l i c e
thickness control to zero. and
unload the product.
Sharpening
If the product is not regularly cut
the blade must be sharpened
f o l l o w i n g t h e i n s t r u c t i o n s
indicated in Part 9.
