PERICOLO
Durante le operazioni di pulizia
fare molta attenzione: pericolo
di infortunio.
Rimozione componenti
Piatto portamerce
1 Liberare il piatto portamerce
ruotando in senso antiorario
l' impugnatura di fi ssaggio del
piatto portamerce.
2 P e r r i m u o v e r e i l p i a t t o
p o r t a m e r c e , r u o t a r e i n
posizione zero il regolatore
spessore fette.
3 Bloccare il piatto portamerce,
tirandolo a fine corsa lato
operatore.
Uno scatto metallico avvisa
l ' o p e r a t o r e c h e i l p i a t t o
portamerce e' bloccato.
4 Sfi lare il dispositivo ultima fetta
dalla barra guida.
5 Sfilare verso l'alto il piatto
portamerce dal carrello.
IMPORTANTE
In questa condizione il regolatore
spessore fette rimane bloccato
nella posizione di zero.

DANGER
During the cleaning operations
take great care: danger of
accident.
Components removal
Product holder
1 Loose the product holder
by rotating the product
holder clamping handle in a
counterclockwise direction.
2 Position to zero the slice
thickness control to remove
the product holder.
3 Push the product holder
towards the operator until it
clicks.
The click will inform the
operator that the product
holder is clamped.
4 Lift the last slice device from
the guide bar.
5 Lift the product holder from the
carriage.
IMPORTANT
The slice thickness control is
clamped on zero.
