Disable the spanning tree feature and enable flush message receiving on it. Configure VLAN 10
and VLAN 110 as the receive control VLANs.

Verifying the configuration
Suppose the optical fiber between Device A and Device B fails. You can use the display smart-link group
command to display the smart link group configuration on a device.
