PCI card
The workstation can have PCI card when an optional riser card is installed.

Installation
Follow the steps below to install the PCI card. Refer to the manual provided with the board for details.
1.
Before the installation, set the switches and jumpers of the card appropriately referring to the manual
provided with the PCI card, if necessary.
2.
See Chapter 2 (1.3 Preparing for Installation and Removal) for preparations.
3.
Remove the cable from cable band at the center bar, remove
the two screws, and lift the center bar perpendicularly to
remove it.
4.
Secure the riser card to the center bar with four screws.
5.
Remove the cover from the slot.
Important
You must avoid static electricity to work with the procedure below. For details, see
Chapter 2 (1.2 Anti-static Measures).
Note
Keep the removed cover for future use.
