Adjusting terminal volume
Idle Screen -> Control
1. Tap the appropriate option to increase or decrease the terminal volume by 10%.

What problems can I easily resolve?
Problem
Chip cards cannot be

Action Required

T ry inserting a different card. If this card can be read, the
p roblem is with the first card.
2. U se a cleaning card to clean the problem card reader.

E nsure that the power cable is firmly connected to the electrical
outlet.
1. A djust the brightness setting to work with the lighting at the
terminal location.

T here was a communication failure after the transaction was
initiated.

T ry swiping the card more quickly or more slowly or from the top of
the reader towards you.
2. R equest another form of payment. If this card can be read, the
p roblem is with the first card.

U se a cleaning card to clean the problem card reader.
1. I s there is paper in the device? If there is, ensure that the paper is
loaded correctly.
1. E nsure that the paper feed is clear and that the paper roll is seated
correctly.

E nsure the printer lid is closed completely.
