Configuration
Click Add to open the Recording Settings page. You can define the recording source,
recording schedule, and recording capacity. A total of two recording settings can be
configured.
Recording name: Enter a name for the recording.
Enable this recording: Check the box to enable video recording.
Priority: Select the relative importance of this recording setting (High, Normal, or
Low).
Source: Select the recording source (from streams 1 ~ 4).
Trigger: Select a trigger source. If Schedule is selected, the server will record files on
the network storage (NAS) according to a set schedule.
Recording Schedule: Specify the recording duration.
1. Select the day(s )of the week.
2. Choose a time. Select Always, or enter the recording schedule in 24-hr time
format.
Destination: You can select a destination -- either the network storage or local SD
card that was set up for the recorded video files.
Capacity: You can choose either the entire free space available or limit the reserved
space. The recording size limit must be larger than the reserved amount for cyclic

recording.

File name prefix: Enter the text that will be appended to the front of the file name.
