Chapter 1 Using Express Setup
Follow these steps to start the Express Setup program:
Verify that no devices are connected to the switch.
Step 1
Press and hold the Mode button, as shown in

Mode button turn green. This takes approximately 3 seconds.

Release the Mode button.
Step 3
Note If all of the LEDs begin to blink after you press the Mode button, release it.
Blinking LEDs mean that the switch has already been configured and cannot go
into Express Setup mode. For more information, see the
Address and Configuration" section on page
