Replacing a front I/O assembly

CAUTION:
To prevent damage to electrical components, take the appropriate anti-static precautions before
beginning any installation, removal or replacement procedure. Improper grounding can cause
electrostatic discharge.
Procedure
1. Power down the server.
2. Disconnect the power cord from the power source and the server.
3. Remove the bezel.
4. Place the server on its side with the access panel facing up.
5. Remove the access panel.
6. Remove the air baffle.
7. Disconnect the front I/O cables.
a. Remove the sensor cable from the rubber stopper.
b. Release the sensor cable from the clips on the chassis.
c. Disconnect the front I/O module cables from the system board.
