Messages
The calculator responds to certain conditions or keystrokes by dis
playing a message. The JL symbol comes on to call your attention to
the message.
• To clear a message, press Pel or [4].
• To clear the message and perform another function, press any other
key.
If no message appears but Jk does, then you have pressed an inactive
key (a key that has no meaning in the current situation, such as the (T)
key in Binary mode).

281.
