Danger of burning!
Before cleaning the Gourmet
warming drawer make sure that you
have switched it off and that it has
cooled down.
Risk of injury!
The steam from a steam cleaning
appliance could reach live electrical
components and cause a short
circuit.
Never use a steam cleaner to clean
the Gourmet warming drawer.
Risk of damage!
Unsuitable cleaning agents can
damage the surfaces.
Use only domestic washing-up liquid
to clean the drawer.
All surfaces could be discoloured or
damaged if unsuitable cleaning
agents are used. The oven front is
particularly susceptible to damage
from oven cleaners.
All surfaces are susceptible to
scratching. Scratches on glass can in
some circumstances lead to
breakage.
Remove all cleaning agent residues
immediately.
Clean and dry the entire Gourmet
warming drawer thoroughly after every
use. Allow the drawer to cool down.

Unsuitable cleaning agents

To avoid damaging the surfaces of your
appliance, do not use:
– cleaning agents containing soda,
ammonia, acids or chlorides,
– limescale removers,
– abrasive cleaning agents, e.g.
scouring powder, scouring cream,
plaster stone,
– cleaning agents containing solvents,
– stainless steel cleaning agents,
– dishwasher cleaner,
– oven sprays,
– glass cleaning agents,
– hard, abrasive sponges and brushes,
e.g. pot scourers,
– sharp metal scrapers.
