Data Type: Octet String
Contains additional device alerts if
DIAGNOSIS_EXTENSION available bit is set in
DIAGNOSIS parameter
Octets 2 to 6 are related to the binary messages
in the Alarm Transducer block. The bits in Octets
2 to 6 will be set when the corresponding alert in
the Alarm TB is enabled and becomes active.
(R): Indication remains active as long as the alert
is active
(A): Indication is active within 10s, and will be
cleared not later than 10s after the action is
completed
