Using VLC to Play Streams

Users wishing to access streaming video from the encoder will need a video player application.
The encoder is compatible with many players, a simple freeware player is VLC Media Player.
Users should download VLC Media Player and run the application.
VLC is a free media player and can be downloaded from:
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.en_GB.html
Enable the VLC Media Player application.
From the Media menu select the 'Open Network Stream' as shown below.
