4.1 E1 Line Service Outline

4.1.1 Overview

To use the E1 Line Service, the following unit is required.
E1 Unit (KX-TD188)
This unit adds one E1 line which adds 30 channels (outside lines 24 through 54) to the system.
One KX-TD188 can installed to the KX-TD1232 Master system.
When this unit is installed to the system, the maximum number of available outside line is
limited to 38. In the case of System Connection, the basic or extended outside line in the Slave
system cannot be used.
