8. To reinstall new switch, reverse the procedure.
Burner Orifi ce/Igniter/Flame sensor
1. Remove lock nut.

2. Pull the burner chassis out.
3. Disconnect the igniter cable from the igniter.
4. Disconnect the fl ame sensor cable from the fl ame
sensor.
5. Note set point location of drawer assembly elbow
(set point #3).

6. Remove mounting screw using 6mm allen key.
7. Pull drawer assembly elbow out of combustion
head assembly
Burner Orifi ce Removal
1. Remove burner orifi ce by using the 13/16 socket
2. Make note of washer behind orifi ce when rein-
stalling new orifi ce. Washer must be installed.

Igniter and Flame Sensor Removal

1. Remove the igniter and fl ame sensor clamp screw.
2. Position new igniter to measure 4 inches from
clamp to the end of the terminal connection.
3. Flame sensor should measure 3 inches from
clamp to the end of the terminal connection.
