Burner Components

Servicing any burner related components
requires the removal of the burner chassis.
This is accomplished by loosening the burner
chassis screws and pulling the burner chassis
cover toward you.

Tools required:
13 mm socket
13/16 socket
6mm or 7/32 allen key
T25 Torque driver
H5 hex driver
4mm allen key
Phillip screwdriver
Standard screwdriver

Air Pressure Switch

1. Locate air pressure switch cover and
remove the screw.
2. Disconnect terminals from air pressure
switch.
3. Remove tube from air pressure switch,
make note it is attached to the positive (+)
barb of the switch.

4. Inspect tube for cracks or splits, replace if
necessary.
5. Locate and loosen the mounting torque
screws for Ignition transformer bracket.
Loosen
2 screws
6. Remove Ignition transformer bracket from
burner chassis.
7. Locate and loosen the two torque screws of air
pressure switch.
