(4) Fig. #21 indicates the correct position of the claw just before the start of the pull-
down.Fig.:#22 indicates the position after completion of the pu II down.
(5) To adjust the claw position, move the fulcrum assy. horizontal and slightly vertical
until the distances a, b, c, d are equal as indicated in fig. #21, #22.
Upon completion of the position adjustment, tighten the fulcrum assy. screws and
re-check the framing range with the projector running.

E. REPLACING THE CLAW
When replacing a worn or defective claw, it is important to mountthe claw correctly before
securing the mounting screws. Incorrect claw mounting may result in excessive film gate noise
or unsteady picture.
