ip igmp snooping version

This command configures the IGMP snooping version. Use the no form to restore
the default.
Syntax
ip igmp snooping version {1 | 2 | 3}
no ip igmp snooping version
• 1 - IGMP Version 1
• 2 - IGMP Version 2
• 3 - IGMP Version 3

Command Usage
• This command configures the IGMP report/query version used by IGMP
snooping. Versions 1 - 3 are all supported, and versions 2 and 3 are backward
compatible, so the switch can operate with other devices, regardless of the
snooping version employed.
• Some commands are only enabled for IGMPv2 and/or v3, including ip igmp
snooping querier, ip igmp snooping query-max-response-time, ip igmp
snooping query-interval, and ip igmp snooping immediate leave.
Example
The following configures the switch to use IGMP Version 1:
Console(config)#ip igmp snooping version 1
Console(config)#

ip igmp snooping leave-proxy

This command enables IGMP leave proxy on the switch. Use the no form to disable
the feature.
